INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTER PRESENTATION:

Format: VERTICAL (NOT landscape or horizontal)
Material: PAPER

Posters must be displayed exclusively on the day of the assigned session (Friday, Saturday or Sunday).
Poster sessions will be held in the IFIBYNE Building (Floor 1), daily from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. The author is expected to be next to his/her poster during the assigned session.
Each presenter must locate the panel with the assigned number and paste his/her poster on it. Given the high number of posters presented (405), unlike previous editions of the SAN, each poster must be displayed only on the assigned day.
It is the responsibility of the presenting author to paste the poster at the beginning of the day and to remove it at the end of the day of the assigned session. The organization is not responsible for the condition of posters that are not removed following these instructions.
The organization will provide tape to stick the posters. Do not use double-sided tape or any other type of adhesive material.
